摘要
上海HK194-01项目塔楼东侧9~17层为悬挑结构,倒挂于16框伸臂桁架结构。采用有限元软件MIDAS对结构安装过程进行施工模拟分析,对结构安装过程中临时支撑结构及悬挂结构的变形进行了分析及监测,并对其卸载过程的不均匀性进行了分析,确定了悬挂结构预变形数值和安装专项方案,有效保证了施工阶段的安全与质量。
The 9-17 floors on the east side of the tower in the Shanghai HK194-01 project are designed as cantilevered structures,incorporated into the 16-frame outrigger truss structure in an inverted configuration.The finite element software MIDAS is utilized to simulate the construction process of the structure installation.The deformation of the temporary support structure and the suspension structure is analyzed and monitored during the installation process,and the inhomogeneity of the unloading process is analyzed.The pre-deformation value of the suspension structure and the special installation plan are determined to ensure the safety and quality during the construction stage effectively.
