钢混核心筒与巨型桁架组合结构中消能减震装置的深化设计与施工研究

摘要 苏州科技馆、工业展览馆采用类圆钢混核心筒束支撑上部巨型弯扭钢桁架组合结构,深化设计难度、抗震设计难度、施工难度及控制精度、后期维护保养难度均成倍上升。在此背景下,为降低结构在地震作用下的破坏能量和减少结构施工内应力,采用多门类减隔震构件来实现结构的消能,通过结构阻尼比的增大效应,有效降低结构计算地震作用力,改善结构层间计算位移角,对结构的消能减震作用明显。消能减震构件在该项目中的成功应用,使结构具有更高的安全性、经济性和合理性,为今后类似的工程项目提供了一定的参考。 The Suzhou Science and Technology Museum and the Industrial Exhibition Hall adopt a composite structure with a steel-concrete core tube bundle supporting the upper giant twisted steel trusses.The complexity of detailed design,seismic design,construction,control precision,and maintenance escalates significantly.To mitigate structural damage during earthquakes and reduce internal construction stress,various seismic isolation components are employed to achieve energy dissipation.By enhancing the structural damping ratio,seismic forces and inter-story displacement angles are effectively reduced,resulting in significant energy dissipation and shock absorption.The successful application of these components improves the structure's safety,economy,and rationality,providing valuable insights for future similar engineering projects.
