基于不同型式风阀性能的工程匹配性研究

摘要 风阀作为空气调节系统中的重要组件,其性能直接影响到温度控制的精确性和稳定性。针对某新一代大科学装置地下隧道每5 m波动不大于±0.1℃的超高精度温度控制要求,在前期开展风管漏风量测试的基础上,通过搭设风管试验平台,开展不同型式风阀性能的工程匹配性研究。分析了手动、电动风阀,定风量风阀,以及变风量风阀的漏风量测试情况,同时开展不同阀门开度或输入电压变化条件下阀门风口风量变化测试,以期能为项目需要选择性能优越、符合相关标准的风阀提供参考。 As a critical component of air conditioning systems,the performance of air valves directly influences the accuracy and stability of temperature control.Addressing the ultra-high precision temperature control requirement,where fluctuations within underground tunnels of a new generation large scientific facility should not exceed±0.1℃per 5 meters,an engineering matching analysis of various air valve types is conducted on the basis of preliminary air leakage tests of air ducts and involves the setup of an air duct test platform.The analysis includes air leakage tests of manual,electric air valves,constant air volume valves,and variable air volume valves.Furthermore,tests are conducted to observe changes in air volume at valve outlets under different valve openings or input voltage variations.The findings provide a reference for selecting air valves with superior performance that comply with relevant standards.
