基于数字孪生的高层悬挂钢结构体系智能化施工研究

摘要 数字孪生概念对于智慧建造、建筑工业化发展具有重要意义,尤其是在行业整体推动数字化、信息化转型的大背景下。以某悬挂钢结构体系施工为背景,介绍了建造过程中数字孪生理念与BIM技术的应用,并且结合应用成效与发展瓶颈对后续信息化落地、数字化发展、智能化应用进行了探讨。从研究可以看出,数字孪生在工程建设中的应用已取得一定成效,对管理水平的整体提升具有巨大帮助,但可集成建筑全生命周期的数字孪生体建设仍存在一定困难。因此,基于“面向对象”与“面向过程”的数字孪生体建设可成为后续研究的重点,将信息化与专业技术深度融合的措施将成为数字孪生服务建筑全生命周期数字化建设的发展方向。 The concept of digital twin holds significant importance for intelligent construction and the industrialization of construction,particularly within the context of the industry's overall push towards digital and informational transformation.Using the construction of a suspended steel structure system as a case study,the application of the digital twin concept and BIM technology in the construction process is introduced.Additionally,the subsequent information integration,digital advancement,and intelligent applications are discussed concerning the application effects and development challenges.The research demonstrates that certain achievements have been made in applying digital twins in engineering construction,greatly aiding the overall improvement of management levels.However,challenges remain in constructing digital twins designed to integrate the entire life cycle of buildings.Therefore,developing digital twins based on'object-oriented'and'process-oriented'approaches is identified as a focal point for future research.Moreover,strategies for deeply integrating informatization and professional technologies are regarded as the developmental trajectory for digital twins'service throughout the entire life cycle of buildings.
