摘要
数字政府建设是提高政府部门服务效能的重要举措。在数字政府建设视野下,政务服务通过数字化、标准化建设,实现质量和效率的双向提升。本文基于太仓港经济技术开发区行政审批局政务服务标准化试点的建设实践,探索构建太仓市港区企业全生命周期标准化政务服务标准体系,系统推进政务服务标准化工作,实现以标准化促进政务服务的高质量发展。
The construction of digital government is an important measure to improve the service efficiency of government departments.From the perspective of digital government construction,government services can achieve a two-way improvement in quality and efficiency through digitalization and standardization.Based on the construction practice of the government service standardization pilot project in the Administrative Approval Bureau of Taicang Port Economic and Technological Development Zone,this article explores the construction of a standardized government service standards system for the entire life cycle of enterprises in Taicang Port Area.The standardization of government services is systematically promoted to achieve the high-quality development of government services through standardization.
