顶空-气相色谱法测定植物油中溶剂残留的不确定度评估

摘要 顶空-气相色谱法是测定食用植物油中溶剂残留量的标准方法,评估其测量不确定度,建立数学模型,客观分析不确定度的来源,为分析溶剂残留量检测结果的可靠性提供参考。结果表明,植物油中溶剂残留量的检测结果为47.4 mg·kg^(-1),测量不确定度为±3.6 mg·kg^(-1)(k=2),分析不确定度来源发现标准物质和标准曲线的变动性对检测结果有较大影响。因此,在检测过程中应选择精度较高的标准物质,使用经检定合格有效的计量器具配制标准工作溶液,对检测过程中涉及的仪器器具按时检定和期间核查,保证检测结果的准确性。 Head-space gas chromatography is the standard method for testing the residual solvent content in edible plant oil,evaluating the uncertainty of measurement,establishing mathematical models,and analyzing the main source of uncertainty,which provides a reference for the analysis of the reliability of residual solvent content detection results.The results show that residual solvent amount of residual solvent content was 47.4 mg·kg^(-1),and the uncertainty of measurement was±3.6mg·kg^(-1)(k=2).By analyzing the source of uncertainty,it is found that the variability of the standard material and the standard curve has a great influence on the detection results.Therefore,in the detection process,the standard materials with higher accuracy should be chosen,the standard working solution should be prepared with qualified and effective measuring instruments that have been tested,and the instruments involved in the testing process should be verified on time and during the verification period to ensure the accuracy of test results.
