摘要
目的:分析急诊科护生标准化教学中实施情景模拟法的价值。方法:选取德阳市人民医院急诊科2022年4月至2024年5月纳入的60例护理实习生作为观察对象,根据入院时间分组,先入院30例护生进入对照组,采取常规教学模式,后入院30例护生进入观察组,采取情景模拟法教学,评价不同教学模式中护生对急救技能的掌握情况,包括理论知识、操作知识,评价护生对教学模式的满意度。结果:观察组护生的理论知识、操作知识、护理满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组学习兴趣、自主学习能力及师生互动、团队协作能力分值均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:急诊科护生教学中采取情景模拟法教学的可行性较高,能够提升护生的急救护理理论及实践知识水平,该带教模式具有临床应用价值。
Objective:To analyze the value of scenario simulation method in the standardized teaching of nursing students in emergency department.Methods:A total of 60 nursing interns enrolled in the Emergency Department of Deyang People’s Hospital from April 2022 to May 2024 were selected as the observation objects.According to the admission time,30 nursing students were first admitted into the control group and adopted the conventional teaching mode,and 30 nursing students were later admitted into the observation group and adopted the situational simulation teaching method.The students’mastery of first-aid skills in different teaching modes,including theoretical knowledge and operational knowledge,were evaluated,and the students’satisfaction with the teaching mode was evaluated.Results:The theoretical knowledge,operational knowledge and nursing satisfaction of nursing students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of learning interest,autonomous learning ability,teacher-student interaction and teamwork ability of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is feasible to adopt the scenario simulation method in the teaching of nursing students in emergency department,which can improve the theoretical and practical knowledge level of nursing students in emergency care.This teaching mode has clinical application value.
