摘要
目的:分析在急诊科标准化护理教学中实施分层带教干预的价值。方法:选取2023年1月至2024年5月德阳市人民医院急诊科护理教学的护生60例作为研究对象,分为对照组和观察组,对照组采取常规带教,观察组实施分层护理带教模式,评价两组护生的教学质量及满意度、教学成绩。结果:观察组教学质量评分、满意度、护生考核成绩均高于对照组,P﹤0.05。结论:急诊科标准化护理中,实施分层带教可提升护理教学质量及教学成绩,护生对分层带教满意度较高,可满足其护理学习需求。
Objective:To analyze the value of stratified teaching intervention in standardized nursing teaching in emergency department.Methods:A total of 60 nursing students in the Emergency Department of Deyang People’s Hospital from January 2023 to May 2024 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group adopted routine nursing teaching,and the observation group implemented stratified nursing teaching mode.The teaching quality,satisfaction and teaching performance of the nursing students in the two groups were evaluated.Results:The score of teaching quality,satisfaction degree and examination scores of nursing students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the standardized nursing in emergency department,the implementation of stratified teaching can improve the quality of nursing teaching and teaching results,and nursing students have a high satisfaction with stratified teaching,which can meet their nursing learning needs.
