摘要
目的:探讨微信辅助PBL教学法在急诊外科临床护理教学实践中的运用效果。方法:本研究针对德阳市人民医院急诊外科2023年2月至2024年4月间参与指导实习的120名护理学员进行观察,将其平均分至两个组别,观察组60人(微信结合PBL教学法)和对照组60人(PBL教学法)。实习结束后,对两组学员进行统一考核评估。结果:对比分析,观察组护理工作时出现意外次数显著低于对照组;出科考试成绩方面,观察组较之对照组表现更佳;临床实践操作能力,观察组也证实了其比对照组具备更高的专业水准,以上差异均具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:通过利用微信作为辅助工具,融合PBL教学法至急救外科临床教学中,可显著提升学生学习的积极性和兴趣,并有助于其提高临床技能的掌握程度。
Objective:To explore the effect of WeChat assisted PBL teaching method in emergency surgical clinical nursing teaching practice.Methods:In this study,120 nursing students who participated in the practice of Emergency Surgery in Deyang People’s Hospital from February 2023 to April 2024 were observed,and divided into two groups:60 in the observation group(WeChat combined with PBL teaching method)and 60 in the control group(PBL teaching method).After the internship,the two groups of students will be assessed and evaluated uniformly.Results:By comparative analysis,the number of accidents in the nursing work of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group;the performance of the observation group was better than that of the control group;the observation group also confirmed that it had a higher professional level than the control group,and the above differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:By using WeChat as an auxiliary tool and integrating PBL teaching method into the clinical teaching of emergency surgery,students’enthusiasm and interest in learning can be significantly enhanced and help to improve their mastery of clinical skills.
