标准化快速康复外科护理对行胆石症手术患者术后康复效果的影响

Effect of Standardized Rapid Rehabilitation Nursing on Postoperative Rehabilitation of Patients Undergoing Cholelithiasis Surgery

目的:分析对胆石症手术治疗患者开展标准化快速康复外科护理的效果。方法:选取2022年1月至2024年1月,在南京市六合区人民医院采取胆石症手术治疗的患者60例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组结合标准化快速康复外科护理干预。对比两组术后恢复情况、并发症、疼痛程度及生活质量。结果:观察组术后恢复时间更短、术后并发症比例更低、术后VAS评分更低、生活质量评分更高(P<0.05)。结论:将标准化快速康复外科护理应用在胆石症手术患者的护理中,能够促使患者尽早康复,降低并发症发生风险,降低术后疼痛程度,提升患者生活质量。

Objective:To analyze the effect of standardized rapid rehabilitation nursing for patients with cholelithiasis.Methods:From January 2022 to January 2024,60 patients with cholelithiasis underwent surgical treatment in Nanjing LuHe People’s Hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group combined with standardized rapid rehabilitation surgery nursing intervention.The postoperative recovery,complications,pain degree and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results:In the observation group,the postoperative recovery time was shorter,the proportion of postoperative complications was lower,the postoperative VAS score was lower,and the quality of life score was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of standardized rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing in the nursing of patients with cholelithiasis surgery can promote the early recovery of patients,reduce the risk of complications,reduce the degree of postoperative pain,and improve the quality of life of patients.
