标准化预见性护理在ICU失禁性皮炎患者中的应用效果分析

Effect Analysis of Standardized Predictive Nursing in Patients with Incontinence Dermatitis in ICU

目的:分析ICU失禁性皮炎患者应用标准化预见性护理的临床护理效果。方法:选取2022年1月至2023年12月合肥市第二人民医院收治的62例ICU失禁性皮炎患者配合研究,分为对照组和观察组,各31例,对照组采取常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上联合实施标准化预见性护理。结果:观察组患者失禁性皮炎严重程度﹑护理满意度,均比对照组更优(P<0.05)。且观察组患者皮肤恢复时间﹑ICU入住时间,相比对照组更短,预后情况效果显著(P<0.05)。结论:在ICU失禁性皮炎患者中采取标准化预见性护理,效果明显,有利于改善患者症状,提升满意度,优化预后。

Objective:To analyze the clinical nursing effect of standardized predictive nursing in patients with incontinence dermatitis in ICU.Methods:A total of 62 patients with incontinence dermatitis in ICU admitted to the Second People’s Hospital of Hefei from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected for the study and divided into the control group and the observation group,with 31 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group jointly implemented standardized predictive nursing on the basis of the control group.Results:The severity and nursing satisfaction of patients with incontinence dermatitis in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The skin recovery time and ICU stay time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,with significant prognosis(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized predictive nursing is effective in ICU patients with incontinence dermatitis,which is conducive to improving symptoms,enhancing satisfaction and optimizing prognosis.
