摘要
目的:分析对小儿哮喘患者实施标准化健康教育的临床效果和应用价值。方法:采用回顾性研究方法,收集60例小儿哮喘患者的临床资料,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组采取常规护理,实验组实施标准化健康教育,分析护理效果。结果:实验组护理后的最大呼气流量、用力肺活量更高,每分钟最大通气量更低,健康知识掌握程度评分更高,实验组护理后的急性发作次数、哮喘持续时间更低,喘息消失时间、发热消失时间、平均治疗时间更短,生活质量评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:标准化健康教育可以有效促进小儿哮喘患者症状缓解,控制病情促进恢复,促进肺功能改善,提高患者家属健康知识掌握程度,提升生活质量,有较高应用价值。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect and application value of standardized health education for children with asthma.Methods:Clinical data of 60 children with asthma were collected by retrospective study and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group took routine nursing,the experimental group implemented standardized health education,and the nursing effect was analyzed.Results:The experimental group had higher maximum expiratory flow and forced vital capacity,lower maximum gas volume per minute,and higher health knowledge score after care;the experimental group had fewer acute attacks,lower asthma duration,shorter vanishing time of wheezing,disappearing time of fever,and average treatment time after care,and higher quality of life score,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized health education can effectively promote the relief of symptoms in children with asthma,control the disease and promote recovery,promote the improvement of lung function,and improve the health knowledge of patients’families and the quality of life of patients,which has high application value.
