摘要
在不同历史时期,农村职业教育以不同的方式推动着乡村建设与发展。通过系统梳理百年来农村职业教育助力乡村建设的历史脉络发现,在中国共产党的正确领导下,农村职业教育通过培育乡村建设人才,为乡村建设提供智力支持;通过传授先进生产技术,助力乡村技能体系形成;通过赋能农民增收致富的本领,助力乡村共同富裕。新时代农村职业教育需不断强化农民主体性培育,增强乡村建设的原动力;重构主体间关系,深化产教协同服务乡村建设;承担地方文化特色技能传承重任,助力乡村文化场域建设;回归乡村绿色发展,加快乡村现代化进程。
The rural vocational education has been promoting rural construction and development in different ways at different historical periods.By systematically reviewing the century old history of rural vocational education’s role in rural construction,this thesis reveals that under the great leadership of the Communist Party of China,rural vocational education has been providing intellectual support for rural construction by fostering talents for rural development.It has been supporting the construction of rural skill systems through disseminating advanced production skills.It has empowered the increasing farmers’income and the achievement of shared prosperity in rural communities.In the new era,rural vocational education must continuously strengthen the cultivation of farmers’subjectivity to enhance the intrinsic motivation for rural development;reconstruct intersubjective relations to deepen industry-education collaboration for rural construction;assume responsibility for the inheritance of skills with local cultural characteristics to support the building of rural cultural fields;and follow the principles of green development to accelerate the process of rural modernization.
