摘要
随着信息技术和数字经济的发展,传统的职业教育模式正面临着数字化转型的挑战和压力。数字生态系统的构建是推进数字化转型良性发展且可持续发展的重要支撑。法国在“以人为本”的理念引领下打造数字生态系统,把职业教育中的责任主体和攸关方均纳入了这一系统。该系统依托明确的责任边界、健全的基础设施以及充足的财政支持,把以职业生涯发展为导向、产教融合为内涵作为数字化发展逻辑,通过政府多部门的协同联动,营造有益于数字创新力的生态环境,从而形成一个复杂且相互联系的数字生态系统。法国数字生态系统的构建为我国职业教育的数字化转型提供了参考经验:在数字化转型的过程中需要强调政府的元治理职能,深度挖掘市场需求,并从个体出发,确保数字化转型能够切实为职业教育发展提供助力。
With the development of information technology and digital economy,the traditional vocational education model is facing the challenges and pressures of digital transformation.The construction of digital ecosystem is an important support for promoting the benign and sustainable development of digital transformation.Guided by the concept of“people-oriented”,France has built a digital ecosystem,incorporating the responsible parties and stakeholders in vocational education into this system.The system relies on clear responsibility boundaries,sound infrastructure,and sufficient financial support,the digital development logic is guided by career development and industry integration,through the collaborative efforts of multiple government departments,an ecological environment conducive to digital innovation is created,leading to the formation of a complex,dynamic,and interconnected digital ecosystem.The construction of the French digital ecosystems provides reference experience for the digital transformation of vocational education in China:in the process of digital transformation,it is necessary to emphasize the functional role of the government in meta-governance,deeply explore market demand,and start from individuals to ensure that digital transformation can effectively provide assistance for the development of vocational education.
