注射用牛肺表面活性剂对新生儿肺透明膜病的治疗效果分析

Analysis of the Therapeutic Effect of Bovine Pulmonary Surfactant for Injection on Neonatal Hyaline Membrane Disease

目的分析注射用牛肺表面活性剂对新生儿肺透明膜病的临床治疗效果。方法随机选取2018年1月—2023年12月南平市妇幼保健院收治的110例新生儿肺透明膜病患儿作为研究对象,通过不同治疗方法分为两组,各55例。对照组使用常规治疗,观察组联合使用注射用牛肺表面活性剂治疗,对两组的临床疗效、肺循环功能、血气指标与并发症发生率进行比较分析。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.36%(53/55),高于对照组的85.45%(47/55),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.960,P<0.05)。治疗后观察组血管外肺水含量、肺循环阻力、平均肺动脉压与右室每搏功指数均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组动脉血氧分压、pH值高于对照组,而动脉血二氧化碳分压和并发症发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论联合使用注射用牛肺表面活性剂治疗新生儿肺透明膜病,有助于改善患儿的各肺循环功能指标、血气指标,同时降低并发症的发生。

Objective To analyze the clinical therapeutic effect of bovine pulmonary surfactant for injection on neonatal hyaline membrane disease.Methods A total of 110 children with neonatal hyaline membrane disease admitted to Nanping Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2018 to December 2023 were randomly selected as the research objects and divided into two groups by different treatment methods,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with bovine pulmonary surfactant for injection in combination.The clinical efficacy,pulmonary circulation function,blood gas indexes and incidence of complications of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.36%(53/55),which was higher than 85.45%(47/55)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ²=3.960,P<0.05).After treatment,the extravascular lung water content,pulmonary vascular resistance,mean pulmonary artery pressure and right ventricular stroke work index in the observation group were all better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The arterial partial pressure of oxygen and pH value in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide and the incidence of complications were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The combined use of bovine pulmonary surfactant for injection in the treatment of neonatal hyaline membrane disease is helpful to improve the various pulmonary circulation function indexes and blood gas indexes of children and reduce the occurrence of complications.
