探讨硫酸氢氯吡格雷与阿司匹林治疗冠心病的临床疗效

Exploring the Clinical Efficacy of Clopidogrel Bisulfate and Aspirin in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease

目的研讨硫酸氢氯吡格雷与阿司匹林联合治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)患者的有效性和安全性。方法方便选择2022年6月—2023年5月曲阜市人民医院收治的126例冠心病患者为研究对象,依据不同治疗方法分为参考组和联合组,每组63例。两组患者均行常规对症治疗,采用单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片治疗,均行降低血压、调节血脂和血糖等基础性治疗,参考组在常规治疗基础上给予阿司匹林肠溶片治疗,联合组在参考组基础上使用硫酸氢氯吡格雷片治疗。比较两组患者心功能指标、炎症因子、血小板功能指标及不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,联合组心功能指标优于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者炎症因子水平、血小板指标均低于治疗前,且联合组低于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。联合组不良反应发生率为4.76%(3/63),低于参考组的15.87%(10/63),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.203,P<0.05)。结论冠心病患者采用硫酸氢氯吡格雷与阿司匹林联合治疗,可改善患者心功能指标,降低炎症因子及血小板指标水平,并且减少不良反应的发生,安全性较高。

Objective To study the efficacy and safety of clopidogrel bisulfate combined with aspirin in the treatment of patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease coronary heart disease.Methods 126 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to Qufu People's Hospital from June 2022 to May 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects and divided into reference group and combination group according to different treatment methods,with 63 cases in each group.Both groups received conventional symptomatic treatment,isosorbide mononitrate sustained release tablets,basic treatment such as lowering blood pressure,regulating blood lipids and blood sugar,etc.The reference group was given aspirin enteric-coated tablets on the basis of conventional treatment,and the combination group was given clopidogrel bisulfate tablets on the basis of reference group.Cardiac function indexes,inflammatory factors,platelet function indexes and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the index of cardiac function in combination group was better than that in reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors and platelet indexes in two groups were lower than before treatment,and the combination group was lower than the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the combination group was 4.76%(3/63),lower than that in the reference group 15.87%(10/63),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.203,P<0.05).Conclusion The combination therapy of clopidogrel bisulfate and aspirin in patients with coronary heart disease can improve the cardiac function indexes,reduce the levels of inflammatory factors and platelet indexes,and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,with high safety.
