基于保护动机理论的护理措施在妊娠期糖尿病患者中的应用效果分析

Application Effect Analysis of Nursing Measures Based on Protection Motivation Theory in Patients with Gestational Diabetes

目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病(gestational diabetes mellitus,GDM)患者采用基于保护动机理论(protection motivation theory,PMT)的护理干预取得的临床效果。方法方便选取2022年9月—2023年8月曹县人民医院收治的GDM患者102例为研究对象,依据不同护理方法分为两组。对照组(n=51)采取常规护理,研究组(n=51)在对照组基础上采用基于PMT理论的护理干预。比较两组患者自我护理能力测量表(Exercise of Selfcare Agency Scale,ESCA)评分、血糖水平、护理满意度。结果护理后,研究组ESCA评分为(113.52±20.23)分,高于对照组的(93.02±18.74)分,差异有统计学意义(t=5.309,P<0.05)。护理后,研究组餐后2 h血糖、空腹血糖均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组总护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论GDM患者采用基于PMT理论的护理干预能够提高患者自我护理能力,降低血糖指标水平,提高护理满意度。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of nursing measures based on protection motivation theory(PMT)for patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods A total of 102 GDM patients admitted to Caoxian People's Hospital from September 2022 to August 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods.The control group(n=51)received routine nursing,and the study group(n=51)received nursing intervention based on PMT.Exercise of Self-care Agency Scale(ESCA)score,blood glucose level and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the ESCA score of the study group was(113.52±20.23)points higher than that of the control group(93.02±18.74)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.309,P<0.05).After nursing,2 h postprandial blood glucose and fasting blood glucose in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing measures based on PMT in GDM patients can improve patients'self-care ability,reduce blood sugar index level and improve nursing satisfaction.
