拓展型舒适护理联合共情护理在肺癌免疫治疗患者中的应用

Application of Extended Comfort Nursing and Empathy Nursing in Immunotherapy Patients with Lung Cancer

目的探讨肺癌免疫治疗患者采用拓展型舒适护理联合共情护理的效果。方法单纯随机选取2022年8月—2023年3月济南市第八人民医院收治的80例肺癌免疫治疗患者为研究对象,根据不同护理方法将患者分成对照组(40例,常规护理)和干预组(40例,拓展型舒适护理联合共情护理)。比较两组患者的舒适度、心理韧性、生存质量及护理满意度。结果干预后,两组患者的舒适状况量表评分高于干预前,干预组舒适状况量表评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。干预后,两组患者的心理弹性量表评分高于干预前,干预组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。干预后,两组患者的生命质量量表评分高于治疗前,干预组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);干预组护理总满意率为97.50%(39/40),高于干预组的80.00%(32/40),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.507,P<0.05)。结论拓展型舒适护理联合共情护理应用于肺癌免疫治疗患者中,能够改善心理韧性,提高舒适度及生存质量,并促进护理满意度提升。

Objective To explore the effect of extended comfort nursing combined with empathy nursing in patients with lung cancer immunotherapy.Methods A total of 80 patients with lung cancer immunotherapy admitted to the Eighth People's Hospital of Jinan from August 2022 to March 2023 were simple randomly selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,the patients were divided into control group(40 cases,routine nursing)and intervention group(40 cases),extended comfort nursing combined with empathy nursing.The comfort,psychological resilience,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the comfort status scale scores of the two groups were higher than those before the intervention,and the comfort status scale score of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of psychological resilience scale in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the intervention group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After intervention,the quality of life scale scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the intervention group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(both P<0.05);the total nursing satisfaction rate of the intervention group was 97.50%(39/40),which was higher than 80.00%(32/40)of the intervention group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.507,P<0.05).Conclu⁃sion The application of extended comfort nursing combined with empathy nursing in patients with lung cancer immunotherapy can improve psychological resilience,improve comfort and quality of life,and promote the improvement of nursing satisfaction.
