脐针结合康复训练治疗缺血性脑卒中吞咽障碍的疗效分析

Efficacy Analysis of Umbilicus Acupuncture Combined with Rehabilitation Training in the Treatment of Dysphagia after Ischemic Stroke

目的探究脐针结合康复训练治疗缺血性脑卒中吞咽障碍的疗效。方法选取2021年6月—2023年6月福建中医药大学附属康复医院收治的60例缺血性脑卒中吞咽障碍患者作为研究对象,采用不同康复方案分为两组,各30例。观察组行脐针结合康复训练,对照组行单独康复训练。对比两组的吞咽能力、进食情况、食物残留情况。结果治疗后,观察组的洼田饮水试验评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组进食评估问卷调查工具-10评分为(1.08±0.52)分,低于对照组的(2.99±0.41)分,差异有统计学意义(t=15.798,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组纤维喉镜检查食物残留结果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脐针结合康复训练治疗效果显著,同时能促进患者吞咽功能的改善。

Objective To explore the effect of umbilicus acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on dyspha⁃gia in ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 60 patients with dysphagia after ischemic stroke admitted to the Fujian Uni⁃versity of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Rehabilitation Hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to different rehabilitation schemes,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with umbilicus acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training,while the control group was treated with rehabilitation training alone.The swallowing ability,eating ability and food residue of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the score of Water Swallow Test in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treat⁃ment,the Eating Assessment Tool-10 score of the observation group was(1.08±0.52)points,which was lower than that of the control group(2.99±0.41)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=15.798,P<0.05).After treatment,the results of fiber laryngoscope examination of food residues in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Umbilicus acupunc⁃ture combined with rehabilitation training has a significant effect,and can promote the improvement of patients'swal⁃lowing function.
