摘要
目的分析联合应用沟通技巧与优质护理对肺功能检查患者的检查时间、依从性、心理状态及护理满意度的影响。方法随机选取2021年10月—2022年10月山东省公共卫生临床中心肺功能室收治的100例肺功能检查患者为研究对象,根据不同护理措施分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组给予常规护理干预措施;观察组采取常规加沟通技巧联合优质护理措施。比较两组患者的检查时间、依从性、心理状态及护理满意率。结果观察组检查时间为(18.62±2.24)min,短于对照组的(22.53±3.98)min,差异有统计学意义(t=6.054,P<0.05)。观察组依从性与护理满意度分别为98.00%(49/50)、96.00%(48/50),均高于对照组的84.00%(42/50)、82.00%(41/50),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.396、5.005,P均<0.05)。观察组患者的焦虑、抑郁评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论给予肺功能检查患者实施沟通技巧与优质护理联合干预,有助于缩短检查时间,提高检查依从性,改善患者负性情绪,提高患者护理满意度。
Objective To analyze the impact of the combined application of communication skills and high-quality nursing on examination time,compliance,psychological state and nursing satisfaction rate of patients undergoing pul⁃monary function tests.Methods A total of 100 patients undergoing pulmonary function tests admitted to the Pulmonary Function Room of Shandong Public Health Clinical Center from October 2021 to October 2022 were randomly se⁃lected as the research objects and divided into observation group and control group according to different nursing mea⁃sures,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention measures;the observation group took routine plus communication skills combined with high-quality nursing measures.The examination time,compliance,psychological state and nursing satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared.Results The examina⁃tion time of the observation group was(18.62±2.24)min,which was shorter than(22.53±3.98)min of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.054,P<0.05).The compliance and nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group were 98.00%(49/50)and 96.00%(48/50),respectively,which were higher than 84.00%(42/50)and 82.00%(41/50)of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.396,5.005,both P<0.05).At the same time,the anxiety and depression scores of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The combined intervention of communication skills and high-quality nursing for patients undergoing pulmonary function tests is help⁃ful to shorten the examination time,improve examination compliance,improve patients'negative emotions and im⁃prove satisfaction degree of patient for nursing.
