基于目标策略的针对性护理干预对人工肝双重吸附治疗的肝衰竭患者心理韧性、自我效能感及自我管理能力的影响分析

Analysis of the Impact of Targeted Nursing Intervention Based on Target Strategy on Psychological Resilience,Self-Efficacy and Self-Management Ability of Patients with Liver Failure Treated by Artificial Liver Double Adsorption

目的探讨基于目标策略的针对性护理干预人工肝双重吸附治疗的肝衰竭患者心理韧性、自我效能感及自我管理能力的影响。方法简单随机选取2022年7月—2023年7月高州市人民医院收治50例人工肝双重吸附的肝衰竭患者为研究对象,根据不同护理干预措施分为两组,各25例。对照组采用常规护理措施,观察组采用基于目标策略的针对性护理措施。比较两组患者的心理韧性、自我效能感、自我管理能力评分以及患者满意度。结果护理后,观察组心理韧性,自我效能感及自我管理能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组护理总满意率为100.00%(25/25),高于对照组的76.00%(19/25),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.735,P<0.05)。结论对于人工肝双重吸附的肝衰竭患者采用基于目标策略的针对性护理措施能够显著提升患者的心理韧性、自我效能感以及自我管理能力,并提高患者护理满意度。

Objective To explore the impact of targeted nursing intervention based on target strategy on psychological resilience,self-efficacy and self-management ability of patients with liver failure treated by artificial liver double ad⁃sorption.Methods Fifty patients with liver failure treated by artificial liver double adsorption admitted to Gaozhou People's Hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 were simple randomly selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to different nursing intervention measures,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing measures,and the observation group was given targeted nursing measures based on target strat⁃egy.The scores of psychological resilience,self-efficacy,self-management ability and patient satisfaction were com⁃pared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of psychological resilience,self-efficacy and selfmanagement ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were sta⁃tistically significant(all P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was 100.00%(25/25),which was significantly higher than 76.00%(19/25)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.735,P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with liver failure treated by artificial liver double adsorption,targeted nursing measures based on target strategy can significantly improve the psychological resilience,self-efficacy and self-management ability of patients and improve patient satisfaction.
