枸橼酸氢钾钠颗粒结合输尿管软镜碎石术对肾结石患者的促排石效果和肾功能的影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of Potassium Sodium Hydrogen Citrate Granules Combined with Flexible Ureteroscopic Lithotripsy on Promoting Stone Re⁃moval and Renal Function in Patients with Kidney Stones

目的 探究枸橼酸氢钾钠颗粒结合输尿管软镜碎石术对肾结石的促排石效果及对患者肾功能的影响。方法 方便选取2022年11月—2023年12月盐城市第三人民医院收治的114例肾结石患者为研究对象,根据不同治疗方法分为对照组和观察组,各57例。两组均实施输尿管软镜碎石术治疗与术后输液抗炎治疗。对照组使用排石颗粒治疗,观察组在上述基础上结合枸橼酸氢钾钠颗粒。对比两组患者的结石排净率、肾功能及炎症因子水平。结果 观察组结石排净率高于对照组,且肾功能水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组白细胞介素-13、白细胞介素-6、超敏C反应蛋白水平分别为(23.56±4.28)ng/L、(118.29±6.92)ng/L、(3.52±0.65)mg/L,均低于对照组的(29.93±5.71)ng/L、(126.52±6.35)ng/L、(5.26±1.25)mg/L,差异有统计学意义(t=6.739、2.677、9.324,P均<0.05)。结论 枸橼酸氢钾钠颗粒结合输尿管软镜碎石术,能够有效提高肾结石排净率,改善患者肾功能,降低炎症因子水平。

Objective To explore the effect of potassium sodium hydrogen citrate granules combined with flexible ure‐teroscopic lithotripsy on promoting stone removal and its impact on renal function in patients with kidney stones.Methods A total of 114 patients with kidney stones admitted to Yancheng Third People's Hospital from November 2022 to December 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observa‐tion group according to different treatment methods,with 57 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with flex‐ible ureteroscopic lithotripsy and postoperative infusion anti-inflammatory treatment.The control group was treated with paishi granules,and the observation group was combined with potassium sodium hydrogen citrate granules on the above basis.The stone removal rate,renal function and inflammatory factor levels of the two groups were compared.Results The stone removal rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the renal func‐tion levels were better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).In terms of inflammatory factor levels,the levels of interleukin-13,interleukin-6 and hypersensitive C-reactive protein in the observation group were(23.56±4.28)ng/L,(118.29±6.92)ng/L and(3.52±0.65)mg/L respectively,which were lower than those in the control group(29.93±5.71)ng/L,(126.52±6.35)ng/L,(5.26±1.25)mg/L,the differences were statistically significant(t=6.739,2.677,9.324,all P<0.05).Conclusion Potassium sodium hydrogen citrate granules combined with flexible ureteroscopic lithotripsy can effectively improve the stone removal rate of kidney stones,im‐prove renal function and reduce the level of inflammatory factors.
