耳穴压豆、穴位贴敷配合康复训练用于中风后偏瘫患者的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Auricular Point Pressing Beans and Acupoint Applica⁃tion Combined with Rehabilitation Training in Patients with Hemiplegia After Stroke

目的分析予以中风后偏瘫患者耳穴压豆、穴位贴敷配合康复训练的效果。方法随机选取2021年1月—2023年12月徐州市中医院收治的80例中风后偏瘫患者为研究对象,按照不同康复方法分为对照组(40例,常规康复训练)、观察组(40例,耳穴压豆、穴位贴敷配合康复训练)。对比两组神经功能、平衡功能、日常生活能力、生活质量及护理满意度。结果护理前,两组患者的卒中量表(National Institute of Health Stroke Scale,NIHSS)、平衡量表(Berg Balance Scale,BBS)、功能独立性评价量表(Functional Indepen‐dence Measure,FIM)评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。护理后,观察组NIHSS评分低于对照组,BBS、FIM评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。护理前,两组患者的脑卒中专用生活质量量表(Stroke-specific Quality of Life,SS-QOL)评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组SS-QOL评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意率95.00%(38/40)高于对照组的80.00%(32/40),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.114,P=0.043)。结论予以中风后偏瘫患者耳穴压豆、穴位贴敷配合康复训练可改善患者神经功能,提升其平衡能力、生活能力及生活质量,护理满意度较高。

Objective To analyze the effect of auricular point pressing beans and acupoint application combined with rehabilitation training in patients with hemiplegia after stroke.Methods A total of 80 patients with hemiplegia after stroke admitted to Xuzhou City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2023 were randomly selected as the research objects.According to different rehabilitation methods,they were divided into control group(40 cases,routine rehabilitation training)and observation group(40 cases,auricular point pressing with beans,acupoint application combined with rehabilitation training).The neurological function,balance function,daily living ability,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there were no significant differences in the scores of National Institute of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),Berg Balance Scale(BBS)and Functional Independence Measure(FIM)between the two groups(all P>0.05).After nursing,the NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the BBS and FIM scores were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no sig⁃nificant difference in Stroke-specific Quality of Life(SS-QOL)score between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the SS-QOL score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statisti⁃cally significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 95.00%(38/40)higher than that of the control group 80.00%(32/40),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.114,P=0.043).Conclusion Auricular point pressing beans and acupoint application combined with rehabilitation training can improve the neuro⁃logical function of patients with hemiplegia after stroke,improve their balance ability,living ability and quality of life,and have higher nursing satisfaction.
