互联网模式联合家庭护理用于脑卒中患者康复期的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Internet Model Combined with Home Nursing in the Rehabilitation Period of Stroke Patients

目的 探讨脑卒中患者康复期互联网模式的家庭护理的效果。方法 随机选取2021年12月—2023年12月开平市中心医院收治的400例脑卒中患者作为研究对象,按照不同护理方法分为观察组和对照组。对照组(200例)采用传统家庭护理,观察组(200例)采用互联网加传统家庭护理,对比两组的运动障碍评定量表(Fugl-Meyer Assessment, FMA)评分、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(National Institute of Health Stroke Scale,NIHSS)评分,功能锻炼依从性量表(Exercise Adherence Questionnaire, EAQ)评分,治疗依从性评分以及护理满意度评分。结果 护理后,观察组FMA评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组NIHSS评分为(23.14±3.35)分,低于对照组的(25.82±3.36)分,差异有统计学意义(t=7.988,P<0.05)。护理后,观察组EAQ评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组治疗依从性评分和护理满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 互联网模式的家庭护理能够提高脑卒中患者的依从性以及满意度,且能够改善患者的运动功能和神经功能。

Objective To explore the effect of home nursing of Internet mode,in rehabilitation period of stroke pa⁃tients.Methods A total of 400 stroke patients admitted to Kaiping Central Hospital from December 2021 to December 2023 were randomly selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group and control group ac⁃cording to different nursing methods.The control group(200 cases)was treated with traditional home nursing,and the observation group(200 cases)was treated with Internet plus traditional home nursing.The scores of Fugl-Meyer As⁃sessment(FMA),National Institute of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),Exercise Adherence Questionnaire(EAQ)Treat⁃ment compliance score and nursing satisfaction score were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the FMA score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the NIHSS score of the observation group was(23.14±3.35)points,which was lower than that of the control group(25.82±3.36)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.988,P<0.05).After nursing,the EAQ score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the differ⁃ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the treatment compliance score and nursing satisfaction score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The Internet model of home nursing can improve the compliance and satisfaction of stroke patients,and can improve the motor function and neurological function of patients,which has clinical value.
