规范化急救全程优质护理路径对急性心肌梗死患者的影响研究

Study on the Effect of Standardized Emergency Whole-course High quality Nursing Pathway on Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的 探讨对急性心肌梗死患者实施规范化急救全程优质护理路径干预后获得的临床效果。方法 回顾性选取2022年1月—2024年1月上海交通大学医学院附属仁济医院收治的200例急性心肌梗死患者的临床资料,根据不同护理方法分为两组,对照组(100例)实施传统急诊护理流程干预,研究组(100例)实施规范化急救全程优质护理路径干预。对比两组的护理总满意度以及急救效率。结果 研究组护理总满意度为99.00%(99/100),高于对照组的92.00%(92/100),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.701,P<0.05);研究组疾病确诊时间、首份心电图完成时间、球囊扩张治疗时间、导管室激活时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 对急性心肌梗死患者在开展护理工作期间,规范化急救全程优质护理路径干预方式的有效应用,可将患者的护理满意度显著提升,提高急救效率。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of standardized emergency whole-course high-quality nursing pathway intervention on patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods The clinical data of 200 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to Renji Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine from January 2022 to January 2024 were retrospectively selected and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods.The control group(100 cases)implemented the traditional emergency nursing process intervention,and the study group(100 cases)implemented the standardized emergency whole-course high-quality nursing path in⁃tervention.The total nursing satisfaction and first aid efficiency of the two groups were compared.Results The total nursing satisfaction of the study group was 99.00%(99/100),which was higher than that of the control group 92.00%(92/100),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.701,P<0.05);the time of disease diagnosis,the completion time of the first electrocardiogram,the time of balloon dilatation treatment and the activation time of the catheter room in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion During the nursing work of patients with acute myocardial infarction,the effective application of standardized emergency whole-course high-quality nursing pathway intervention can significantly improve the patient's nursing satisfaction and improve the efficiency of first aid.
