喜炎平注射液在小儿肺炎治疗中的疗效及对恢复时间的影响

Efficacy of Xiyanping Injection in the Treatment of Paediatric Pneumonia and Its Influence on Recovery Time

目的分析喜炎平注射液在小儿肺炎治疗中的疗效及对恢复时间的影响。方法选取2020年2月—2022年9月商河县中医医院收治的90例小儿肺炎患儿为研究对象,根据治疗方法的不同分为观察组和对照组,各45例。对照组行常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予喜炎平注射液,治疗后对比两组患儿的临床指标、炎症因子水平。结果治疗后,观察组的体温恢复正常时长、咳嗽消失时长、肺部湿啰音恢复正常时长和住院时长均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-6、超敏C反应蛋白水平[(1.38±0.21)ng/mL、(60.02±10.61)pg/mL、(7.08±1.38)mg/mL]均低于对照组[(2.59±0.81)ng/mL、(79.35±11.67)pg/mL、(9.67±1.75)mg/mL],差异有统计学意义(t=9.700、8.221、7.796,P均<0.05)。结论在小儿肺炎的治疗中采用喜炎平注射液能够积极改善各项临床症状、降低炎症因子水平,进而达到提高治疗效果的目的。

Objective To analyze the efficacy of Xiyanping Injection in the treatment of paediatric pneumo⁃nia and its influence on recovery time.Methods A total of 90 children with pneumonia admitted to Shanghe County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2020 to September 2022 were selected as the re⁃search objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment,and the observation group was given Xiyanping Injection on the basis of the control group.After treatment,the clinical indicators and inflamma⁃tory factor levels of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the time of body temperature return⁃ing to normal,the time of cough disappearing,the time of lung moist rale returning to normal and the length of hos⁃pitalization in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statisti⁃cally significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-6 and hypersensi⁃tive C-reactive protein in the observation group[(1.38±0.21)ng/mL,(60.02±10.61)pg/mL,(7.08±1.38)mg/mL]were lower than those in the control group[(2.59±0.81)ng/mL,(79.35±11.67)pg/mL,(9.67±1.75)mg/mL],and the differences were statistically significant(t=9.700,8.221,7.796,all P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of pediatric pneumonia,Xiyanping Injection can actively improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the level of in⁃flammatory factors,so as to achieve the purpose of improving the therapeutic effect.
