慢性肾小球肾炎应用加味参芪地黄汤联合常规西药治疗的临床疗效

Clinical Efficacy of Modified Shenqi Dihuang Decoction Combined with Conventional Western Medicine in the Treatment of Chronic Glomerulonephritis

目的分析慢性肾小球肾炎应用加味参芪地黄汤联合常规西药治疗的临床疗效。方法选取2022年11月—2023年11月枣庄市中医医院收治的92例慢性肾小球肾炎患者为研究对象,按用药不同分为对照组、联合组,每组46例,对照组行常规西药治疗,联合组辅以加味参芪地黄汤治疗,比较两组肾功能、转归情况[肾小球滤过率(glomerular filtration rate,GFR)、24 h尿蛋白]、治疗总有效率、安全性。结果治疗后,联合组尿素氮和肌酐水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,联合组GFR高于对照组,24 h尿蛋白低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。联合组治疗总有效率为95.65%(44/46),高于对照组的76.09%(35/46),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.256,P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论慢性肾小球肾炎应用加味参芪地黄汤联合常规西药治疗有效率高,可迅速改善肾功能,减轻蛋白尿,使患者GFR得到大幅提升,安全性高。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of modified Shenqi Dihuang Decoction combined with conventional Western medicine in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods A total of 92 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis admitted to Zaozhuang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2022 to November 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to different medications,they were divided into control group and combined group,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the combined group was treated with modified Shenqi Dihuang Decoction.The renal function,outcome[glomerular filtration rate(GFR),24 h urine protein],total effective rate of treatment and safety were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of computer urea nitrogen and urinary anhydride in the combined group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After treatment,the GFR of the combined group was higher than that of the control group,and the 24 h urine protein was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the combined group was 95.65%(44/46),which was higher than 76.09%(35/46)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.256,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of modified Shenqi Dihuang Decoction combined with conventional Western medicine in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis has a high effective rate,which can rapidly improve renal function,reduce proteinuria,greatly improve GFR of patients.
