摘要
目的探讨卵巢附件肿块影像报告和数据管理系统(ovarian adnexal mass image report and data management system,O-RADS)联合超微血流成像(superb microvascular imaging,SMI)技术在附件区肿瘤良恶性诊断中的应用。方法选取2022年9月—2023年9月广州中医药大学顺德医院附属均安医院收治的60例附件区肿块患者为研究对象,对所有患者分别实施O-RADS、SMI检测,以病理结果为金标准,比较O-RADS、SMI及联合检测对附件区肿瘤的诊断效能。结果联合检测准确度为95.00%(57/60)、灵敏度为90.48%(19/21)、特异度为97.44%(38/39),高于O-RADS检查的68.33%(41/60)、47.62%(10/21)、79.49%(31/39)以及SMI检查的81.67%(49/60)、71.43%(15/21)、87.18%(34/39),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=13.958、9.359、6.004,P均<0.05)。结论与单独的诊断方式相比较,联合诊断附件区肿瘤良恶性的效能较高,能为临床诊疗附件区肿瘤提供可靠的依据,利于临床开展后续诊疗工作。
Objective To explore the application of ovarian adnexal mass image report and data management system(O-RADS)combined with superb microvascular imaging(SMI)in the diagnosis of benign and malignant adnexal tumors.Methods A total of 60 patients with adnexal masses admitted to Jun'an Hospital Affiliated to Shunde Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the study subjects.All patients were tested by O-RADS,SMI detection.The pathological results were used as the gold standard to compare the diagnostic efficacy of O-RADS,SMI and combined detection in the diagnosis of adnexal tumors.Results The accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of combined detection of O-RADS and SMI were 95.00%(57/60),90.48%(19/21)and 97.44%(38/39),which were higher than 68.33%(41/60),47.62%(10/21)and 79.49%(31/39)of O-RADS detection and 81.67%(49/60),71.43%(15/21)and 87.18%(34/39)of SMI detection,the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=13.958,9.359,6.004,all P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the single diagnosis method,the efficiency of combined detection in the diagnosis of benign and malignant tumors in the adnexal region was higher.Which can provide a reliable basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of adnexal tumors,and is conducive to clinical followup diagnosis and treatment.
