骨科机器人导航辅助椎弓根螺钉植入的临床研究

摘要 目的 探讨借助骨科机器人导航辅助椎弓根螺钉植入的应用价值。方法 选择2020年8月—2024年4月毕节市七星关区人民医院收治的100例行椎弓根螺钉植入患者,按照椎弓根螺钉不同植入方式分为观察组、对照组,各50例。对照组采取传统徒手置钉,观察组使用骨科机器人导航辅助置钉。比较两组定位准确性、并发症、Frankel分级。结果 观察组定位准确性A级比例高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率为2.00%(1/50),低于对照组的12.00%(6/50),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.845,P<0.05)。观察组术后1个月Frankel分级高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 经椎弓根螺钉植入操作中,借助骨科机器人导航辅助置钉方式可以提高定位准确性,降低并发症发生率,促进脊柱功能恢复。 Objective To explore the application value of pedicle screw implantation assisted by orthopedic robot navigation.Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent pedicle screw implantation in Bijie Qixingguan District People's Hospital from August 2020 to April 2024 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to different methods of pedicle screw implantation,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional hands-free nail placement,while the observation group was treated with orthopedic robot navigation.The localization accuracy,complications and Frankel grading were compared between the two groups.Results The proportion of grade A accuracy in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.00%(1/50),which was lower than 12.00%(6/50)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.845,P<0.05).The Frankel rating of observation group was higher than that of control group one month after operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In transpedicle screw implantation,orthopedic robot navigation assisted nail placement can improve the positioning accuracy,reduce the incidence of complications,and promote the recovery of spinal function.
