益骨汤辅助阿法骨化醇软胶囊改善股骨粗隆间骨折患者术后骨折愈合及髋关节功能的效果分析

Effect of Yigu Decoction Combined with Alfacalcidol Soft Capsule on Fracture Healing and Hip Joint Function in Patients with Femoral Intertrochanteric Fracture after Operation

目的探讨益骨汤辅助阿法骨化醇软胶囊改善股骨粗隆间骨折患者防旋股骨近端髓内钉(proximal femoral nail antirotation,PFNA)术后骨折愈合及髋关节功能的效果。方法选取2021年1月—2023年10月菏泽市第三人民医院收治的62例接受PFNA治疗的股骨粗隆间骨折患者为研究对象,按术后治疗方法的不同分为对照组及观察组,各31例。对照组术后接受阿法骨化醇软胶囊干预,观察组术后接受益骨汤与阿法骨化醇软胶囊联合干预。对比两组血清骨折愈合因子、治疗有效率、Harris髋关节评分以及不良反应发生率。结果治疗1个月后,观察组成纤维细胞生长因子-2水平、转化生长因子-β水平、Harris髋关节功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组治疗有效率为96.77%(30/31),高于对照组的77.42%(24/31),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.630,P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论股骨粗隆间骨折患者PFNA术后给予益骨汤辅助阿法骨化醇软胶囊联合干预,不仅对患者髋关节功能的恢复有促进作用,还可进一步改善患者血清骨折愈合因子水平,同时具有一定的安全性。

Objective To investigate the effect of Yigu Decoction combined with alfacalcidol soft capsule on fracture healing and hip joint function in patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture after proximal femoral nail antirotation(PFNA).Methods From January 2021 to October 2023,62 patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture treated with PFNA in the Third People's Hospital of Heze were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by different treatment methods,with 31 cases in each group.The control group received alfacalcidol soft capsule intervention after operation,and the observation group received Yigu Decoction combined with alfacalcidol soft capsule intervention after operation.The serum fracture healing factor levels,treatment efficiency,Harris Hip Joint Function Scale score and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 1 month of treatment,the fibroblast growth factor-2,transforming growth factor-βlevels and Harris Hip Joint Function Scale score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.77%(30/31),which was higher than 77.42%(24/31)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.630,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The combined intervention of Yigu Decoction combined with alfacalcidol soft capsule in patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture after PFNA not only promote the recovery of hip joint function,but also further improve the level of serum fracture healing factor,and has certain safety.
