大柴胡汤加减联合乌司他丁治疗急性胰腺炎的临床疗效分析

Clinical Efficacy Analysis of Modified Dachaihu Decoction Combined with Ulinastatin in the Treatment of Acute Pancreatitis

目的探讨大柴胡汤加减联合乌司他丁治疗急性胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法选取2020年1月—2022年12月常熟市中医院收治的81例急性胰腺炎患者为研究对象,根据不同治疗方案分为两组,对照组(n=40)使用乌司他丁治疗,观察组(n=41)使用大柴胡汤加减联合乌司他丁治疗。对比两组临床疗效、临床相关血液指标、健康状况评分。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.12%(39/41),高于对照组的80.00%(32/40),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.278,P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血清淀粉酶、白细胞计数、C反应蛋白水平均降低,且观察组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗前,两组健康状况评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组健康状况评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论急性胰腺炎患者采用大柴胡汤加减联合乌司他丁的治疗效果显著,可快速改善临床症状。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of modified Dachaihu Decoction combined with ulinastatin in the treatment of acute pancreatitis.Methods A total of 81 patients with acute pancreatitis admitted to Changshu Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment schemes,they were divided into two groups.The control group(n=40)was treated with ulinastatin,and the observation group(n=41)was treated with modified Dachaihu Decoction combined with ulinastatin.The clinical efficacy,clinical related blood indexes and health status scores of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.12%(39/41),which was higher than 80.00%(32/40)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.278,P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum amylase,which blood cell count and C-reactive protein in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in health status score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the health status scores of the two groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment effect of Dachaihu Decoction combined with ulinastatin in patients with acute pancreatitis is significant,which can quickly improve the clinical symptoms.
