摘要
目的 分析内瘘套管针在血透高位瘘患者静脉回路中的应用价值。方法 选取2022年6月—2023年12月乌鲁木齐市友谊医院接收治的50例血透高位瘘患者为研究对象,根据不同治疗方式分为两组,每组25例。对照组使用传统金属针,观察组使用内瘘套管针。比较两组透析期间动静脉压力、穿刺相关指标、静脉炎发生率。结果 观察组透析1、2、3 h静脉压力低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组穿刺时间、拔针后止血时间、透析期间舒适度评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组静脉炎发生率为8.0%(2/25),低于对照组的20.0%(5/25),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.167,P<0.05)。结论 内瘘套管针的应用效果较好,可以维持透析期间血流稳定性,穿刺时间、止血时间短且透析期间的舒适度更高,静脉炎发生率更低。
Objective To analyze the application value of internal fistula trocar in venous circuit of hemodialysis patients with high fistula.Methods From June 2022 to December 2023,50 patients with hemodialysis high fistula admitted to Urumqi Friendship Hospital were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into two groups,with 25 cases in each group.The control group used traditional metal needles,and the observation group used internal fistula trocars.The arteriovenous pressure during dialysis,puncture-related indicators,and incidence of phlebitis were compared between the two groups.Results The venous pressure at 1,2,3 h of dialysis in the observation group were lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The puncture time,hemostasis time after needle extraction,comfort score during dialysis in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of phlebitis in the observation group was 8.0%(2/25),which was lower than 20.0%(5/25)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.167,P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of internal fistula trocar is good,which can maintain the stability of blood flow during dialysis.The puncture time and hemostasis time are short,the comfort during dialysis is higher,and the incidence of phlebitis is lower.
