摘要
目的探讨在甲钴胺+依帕司他治疗的基础上联合应用八段锦对糖尿病周围神经病变的治疗效果,并分析联合治疗对患者神经感觉传导速度及炎症因子的影响。方法选取2023年8月—2024年3月于伊犁哈萨克自治州中医医院接受治疗的80例糖尿病周围神经病变患者为研究对象,以治疗方法的不同分为观察组(n=40)与对照组(n=40)。对照组采用甲钴胺+依帕司他治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合八段锦治疗,对比两组患者临床疗效,血糖水平、神经感觉传导速度及炎症因子水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的神经感觉传导速度(正中神经、腓总神经、胫前神经、尺神经)均升高,且观察组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者白细胞介素-6、C反应蛋白水平均降低,且观察组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论甲钴胺+依帕司他联合八段锦可改善糖尿病周围神经病变临床疗效,降低血糖水平,提升患者神经感觉传导速度,减轻机体炎症反应。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of mecobalamin+epalrest in combination with Baduanjin on the peripheral neuropathy of diabetes and the influence of combined treatment on the sensory conduction rate and inflammatory factors of patients.Methods From August 2023 to March 2024,a total of 80 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy who were treated in Ili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40)according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with mecobalamin+epalrestat,and the observation group was treated with Baduanjin on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,blood glucose level,nerve sensory conduction velocity and inflammatory factor level were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose and glycated hemoglobin A1c in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the nerve sensory conduction velocity(median nerve,common peroneal nerve,anterior tibial nerve,ulnar nerve)of the two groups increased,and the observation group were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6 and C-reactive protein in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Mecobalamin+epalrestat combined with Baduanjin can improve the clinical efficacy of diabetic peripheral neuropathy,reduce blood glucose levels,improve nerve sensory conduction velocity,and reduce the body's inflammatory response.
