老年糖尿病患者并发症防控认知度及其影响因素调查研究

Investigation on Awareness of Prevention and Control of Complications and the Influencing Factors in Elderly Diabetic Mellitus Patients

目的探讨老年糖尿病并发症的防控认知情况以及影响认知的主要因素。方法选取2022年10月—2023年10月江苏省泰兴市第三人民医院收治的210例老年糖尿病患者为研究对象,依据认知程度的不同将患者分为认知程度佳组、认知程度一般组。运用多因素Logistic回归分析老年糖尿病患者并发症防控认知度的影响因素。结果并发症防控调查问卷结果显示,210例患者中认知程度佳95例,认知程度不佳115例。两组年龄、文化程度、合并其他基础病、糖尿病病程、社会支持程度情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析可知,年龄>79岁、合并其他基础病、糖尿病病程>10年、文化程度为小学、社会支持程度为低支持是影响并发症防控认知度的独立危险因素(P均<0.05)。结论在老年糖尿病患者中,有较多的因素影响患者并发症防控认知,需要充分结合相关因素,为患者提供全面的健康指导,以提高其认知水平,降低并发症发生率。

Objective To explore the cognition of prevention and control of complications of elderly diabetes and the main factors affecting cognition.Methods A total of 210 elderly diabetic patients admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Taixing City in Jiangsu Province from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the different cognitive levels,the patients were divided into good cognitive level group and general cognitive level group.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of awareness of prevention and control of complications in elderly diabetic patients.Results The results of the complication prevention and control questionnaire showed that 95 of 210 patients had good cognition and 115 had poor cognition.There were statistically significant differences in age,education level,combined with other underlying diseases,duration of diabetes and degree of social support between the two groups(all P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age>79 years old,combined underlying disease,duration of diabetes>10 years,education level of primary school and social support level of low support were independent risk factors affecting the awareness of complication prevention and control(all P<0.05).Conclusion In elderly diabetic patients,there are many factors that affect the cognition of prevention and control of complications.It is necessary to fully combine the relevant factors and provide comprehensive health guidance for patients to improve their cognitive level and reduce the incidence of complications.
