预见性护理在预防老年2型糖尿病患者低血糖中的应用

Application of Predictive Nursing in the Prevention of Elderly Type 2 Diabetic Patients Hypoglycemia

目的探讨预见性护理在老年2型糖尿病患者中预防低血糖的应用效果。方法选取2023年9月—2024年3月南京市江宁医院收治的80例老年2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,按照护理方式的不同分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在分析低血糖原因的基础上实施预见性护理,比较两组患者血糖情况与护理护理满意度。结果护理后,与对照组对比,观察组血糖变异系数与低血糖发生率较低,护理满意度较高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组护理前后的空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论基于老年2型糖尿病患者低血糖发生原因,制订并实施个体化预见性护理方案,能够更好地预防老年糖尿病患者低血糖的发生。

Objective To explore the preventing hypoglycemia effect of predictive nursing in elderly type 2 diabetic patients.Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to Nanjing Jiangning Hospital from September 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observa-tion group according to different nursing methods,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given predictive nursing on the basis of analyzing the causes of hypoglycemia.The blood glucose status and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,compared with the control group,the observation group had lower blood glucose variation coefficient and incidence of hypoglyce-mia,and higher nursing satisfaction,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose between the two groups before and after nursing(all P>0.05).Conclusion Based on the causes of hypoglycemia in elderly type 2 diabetic patients,the formula-tion and implementation of individualized predictive nursing plan can better prevent the occurrence of hypoglycemia in elderly diabetic patients.
