针对糖尿病合并肾病血液透析患者采取综合护理的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Comprehensive Nursing for Hemodialysis Patients with Diabetes Mellitus Complicated with Nephropathy

目的探讨糖尿病合并肾病血液透析患者采取综合护理的效果。方法选取2022年1月—2024年4月涟水县第三人民医院收治的72例糖尿病合并肾病血液透析患者为研究对象,均行血液透析(hemodialysis,HD)治疗,根据不同的护理方法分为两组,各36例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组进行综合护理,比较两组血糖水平、并发症发生率、护理满意度。结果护理后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、并发症发生率均低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论综合护理应用于糖尿病合并肾病患者HD治疗中能改善其血糖水平,减少并发症的发生,并提高护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on hemodialysis patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with nephropathy.Methods From January 2022 to April 2024,a total of 72 hemodialysis patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with nephropathy admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Lianshui County were selected as the research objects.All patients were treated with hemodialysis(HD).According to different nursing methods,they were divided into two groups,36 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing.The blood glucose level,complication rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and the incidence of complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing in HD treatment of patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with nephropathy can improve their blood glucose level,reduce the occurrence of complications,and improve nursing satisfaction.
