中医药治疗糖尿病肾病的研究进展

Research Progress of Chinese Medicine in Treating Diabetic Nephropathy

糖尿病肾病(diabetic kidney disease,DKD)为糖尿病长期高血糖环境所诱导的微血管病变。中医和西医在治疗DKD方面各具优势,中医的整体观念、辨证论治对于临床治疗DKD有显著疗效,但缺乏统一性和可重复性,没有足够的科学数据作为支撑。不过,越来越多的研究表明,中医治疗DKD具有其独特优势,故本文对近年来中医药治疗DKD的相关文献进行综述。

Diabetic kidney disease(DKD)is a microangiopathy induced by diabetic hyperglycemia.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and Western medicine have their advantages in the treatment of DKD.The holistic concept and evidence-based treatment of TCM have significant efficacy in the clinical treatment of DKD,but they lack uniformity and reproducibility and are not backed up by sufficient scientific data.However,more and more studies have shown that TCM has its unique advantages in the treatment of DKD,so this paper reviews the relevant literature on TCM treatment of DKD in recent years.
