中国数字产业链现代化的统计测度与时空特征

Statistical Measurement and Spatiotemporal Characteristics of Modernization of China's Digital Industry Chain

采用2010~2022年全国30个省份面板数据,在构建数字产业链现代化评价指标体系基础上,利用熵值法测算中国数字产业链现代化水平,并采用Dagum基尼系数、莫兰指数等方式对中国数字产业链现代化水平的时空演化趋势进行有效测度。研究发现,中国数字产业链现代化水平呈现稳步上升趋势,但各省份间数字产业链现代化发展水平存在显著两极分化现象;中国数字产业链现代化水平存在显著地区差异,整体呈“东高西低、南高北低”的空间分布格局;中国数字产业链现代化水平的区域差异在研究期内不断缩小,且区域间差异是造成中国数字产业链现代化水平地区差距的主要来源;中国数字产业链现代化水平具有明显空间正相关性,且存在显著空间集聚特征。据此,应建立数字产业链现代化平台,实施地区产业协调发展战略,打造数字产业集群新优势等举措,加快中国数字产业链现代化发展步伐。

Based on panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2010 to 2022,this study constructs an evaluation index system for the modernization of the digital industry chain.The entropy method is used to measure the modernization level of China's digital industry chain,and effective methods such as Dagum Gini coefficient and Moran index are used to measure the spatiotemporal evolution trend of China's digital industry chain modernization level.It is found that the modernization level of China's digital industry chain is on the rise steadily,but there is a significant two-level dfferentiation among provinces.There are significant regional differences in the modernization level of China's digital industry chain,and the overall spatial distribution pattern is"high in the east and low in the west,high in the south and low in the north".The regional differences in the modernization level of China's digital industry chain have been decreasing continuously during the study period,and the inter-regional differences are the main sources of the regional differences in the modernization level of China's digital industry chain.The modernization level of China's digital industry chain has obvious spatial positive correlation,and there are significant spatial agglomeration characteristics.Based on this,the paper proposes measures such as establishing a digital industry chain modernization platform,implementing regional industry coordinated development strategy,and building new advantages of digital industry clusters,in order to provide theoretical reference for accelerating the pace of China's digital industry chain modernization.
