摘要
为解决马坑铁矿70-71线18、65分段掘进过程中黄泥水涌出的问题,本文对其成因进行了详细分析。研究发现,黄泥水的涌出主要是由于F_(2)断层破碎带与周围灰岩岩溶通道的连通,地下水通过这些通道携带泥砂类物质进入工作面。本文提出了注浆封堵治理方案,旨在通过在该区域形成注浆帷幕隔水体来阻断水体渗流,并对F_(2)断层岩溶带进行充填加固。治理效果表明,该措施成功封堵治理了黄泥水,充填体饱满密实,显著提高了矿区生产的安全性和稳定性。
To address the issue of yellow muddy water ingress during excavation of the 18th and 65th segments of the 70-71 line at Makeng Iron Mine,this paper provides a detailed analysis of its causes.It was found that the yellow muddy water ingress is primarily due to the connection between the F_(2) fault fracture zone and the surrounding limestone karst channels,which allows groundwater to carry mud and sand into the working face.This paper proposes a grouting sealing treatment plan aimed at forming a grouting curtain to block water seepage and reinforcing the F_(2) fault karst zone.The treatment results show that the measure successfully blocked and controlled the yellow mud water,the filling body is full and dense,and the production safety and stability of the mining area are significantly improved.
