摘要
本文介绍了福建三钢烧结厂200烧结控制系统存在抗干扰能力差、通讯故障频、维护不方便等问题。对比Profinet和Profibus-DP通信协议工业应用中的特点,为满足新的生产形势需要,于2022年确定基于更稳定的Profinet协议升级改造实施方案,通过升级主、辅系统PLC,采用博途V17编程软件开发,优化并形成三层网络结构,提升系统的稳定性。监控软件采用WinCC7.5版本,通过C/S架构,整合主、辅系统监控画面实现集控要求。改造后系统稳定可靠,运行良好。
The problems of poor anti-interference ability,communication failure frequency and inconvenient maintenance of 200 sintering control system in Fujian Sangang Sintering plant are introduced in this paper.Comparing the characteristics of Profinet and Profibus-DP in industrial applications,in order to meet the needs of the new production situation,a more stable implementation plan for upgrading Profinet protocol was determined in 2022,using Protal V17 programming software development,optimize and form a three-tier network structure,enhance the stability of the system.Integrated Main and auxiliary system monitoring screen to achieve centralized control requirements.After transformation,the system is stable and reliable.
