基于LEARNS模式的老年共病肺部感染患者护理干预方案的构建及应用研究

摘要 目的探讨基于LEARNS模式的老年共病肺部感染患者护理干预方案的构建及应用效果。方法选取2022年3月至2024年2月淮南市某三级甲等医院收治的84例老年共病肺部感染患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各42例。对照组采用常规肺部感染护理模式;观察组实施基于LEARNS模式的护理干预方案,成立LEARNS模式护理干预小组,依据循证证据制订干预方案并实施。比较两组患者干预后疾病感知、自我护理能力、焦虑和抑郁状况、护理满意度及住院天数的差异。结果干预后观察组患者的疾病感知得分、焦虑和抑郁得分、住院天数均低于对照组(P<0.05),自我护理能力得分、护理满意度得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于LEARNS模式的护理干预方案可改善老年共病肺部感染患者的疾病感知压力,增强患者自我护理能力,减轻患者焦虑和抑郁水平,提升护理满意度,缩短住院时间。 Objective To explore the construction and application effect of nursing intervention scheme based on LEARNS model for elderly patients with comorbid pulmonary infections.Methods Selected a total of 84 elderly patients with comorbid and pulmonary admitted to a tertiary A hospital in Huainan from March 2022 to February 2024 as the research subjects,and randomly divided them into the control group and the observation group with 42 patients in each group.The control group received conventional pulmonary infection nursing mode.The observation group implemented a nursing intervention program based on the LEARNS model,established a LEARNS model nursing intervention team,and formulated and implemented the intervention plan based on evidence-based practice.Compared the differences in disease perception,self-care ability,anxiety and depression,nursing satisfaction,and hospitalization days between the two groups after intervention.Results After intervention,the scores of disease perception,anxiety and depression,and hospitalization days of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and scores of self-care ability and nursing satisfaction were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention scheme based on the LEARNS model can improve the disease perception stress of elderly patients with comorbid pulmonary infections,enhance their self-care ability,alleviate their anxiety and depression,improve nursing satisfaction,and shorten hospitalization time.
