我国开展以高级实践护士为主导的延续性护理模式的SWOT分析

SWOT analysis of the transitional care model led by advanced practice nurses in China

开展高质量、规范化的延续性护理已成为中国护理事业发展的主要任务之一,而我国延续性护理模式缺乏规范标准,现实中存在开展质量较差、执行欠规范等问题。文章采用SWOT分析法,通过借鉴国外优势与经验,对我国内地地区开展以高级实践护士主导的延续性护理模式进行分析,评估其优势、劣势、机会和威胁,并提出发展对策,为今后发展及构建高质量的延续性护理模式提供参考。

Objective Conducting high-quality and standardized transitional care has become one of the main tasks in the development of China's nursing industry.However,there is a lack of standardized standards for transitional care in China,and there are problems of poor quality and non-compliance with regulations in practice.In the paper,drawing on foreign advantages and experiences,SWOT analysis is adopted to analyze the development of the advanced practice nurse(APN)led transitional care model in China's Mainland,evaluate its strengths and weaknesses,opportunities and threats,and propose development strategies,providing reference for the development and construction of high-quality transitional care model in the future.
