摘要
为了防止行人误闯入掘进机工作区域引发事故,对综掘机工作面人机闭锁系统进行设计。该系统通过对PLC进行编程,对系统进行顺序功能控制,利用无线射频识别技术(RFID)对闯入掘进机运行区域人员的身份进行精确识别。无关作业人员误入工作区后,机车停机闭锁,同时报警系统进行报警提示,要求误入人员撤离危险区域,在人员撤离危险区域后掘进工作面机车才能够重新启动运行。该系统具有良好的稳定性和整体性,能够实现人员误入系统的无人化监测和安全停机闭锁,较准确地检测出无关人员的误入行为,解决了综掘工作面人员误入引发安全事故的问题,保障了煤矿的安全生产。
In order to prevent accidents caused by pedestrians mistakenly breaking into the working area of the roadheader,a man-machine locking system is designed for the working face of the readhender.The system is programmed by PLC to control the sequential function of the system,and utilizes radio frequency identification(RFID)technology to accurately identify the personnel who break into the operation area of the roadheader.After unrelated operators incidental entry of personnel to the working area,the locomotive stops and locks up,and at the same time,the alarm system provides alarm prompts,requiring the mistakenly entering personnel to evacuate the dangerous area,and the locomotive can restart operation only after the personnel evacuate the dangerous area in the face of the roadheading work.The system has good stability and integrity,can realize the unmanned monitoring and safety stop locking of the personnel misentry system,and accurately detect the misentry behavior of unrelated personnel,solve the problem of safety accidents caused by misentry of personnel in the face of the comprehensive excavation work,and guarantee the safe production of the coal mine.
