大采高工作面过逆断层超前预注浆加固技术研究

摘要 针对大采高工作面通过逆断层时煤壁片帮、顶板漏冒严重、工作面推进困难的问题,详细调查工作面情况,建立数值模型模拟研究大采高工作面过逆断层阶段工作面顶底板及超前支承应力显现规律。在此基础上,提出了适合于大采高工作面过逆断层阶段煤壁和顶板围岩稳定性控制的超前预注浆加固技术体系。经现场技术实施可知,注浆后工作面煤壁片帮、冒顶现象大大缓解,工作面日产量达到2400~3600 t,提高近2倍,实现了工作面过断层阶段的安全开采。 When the large mining height working face passes through the reverse fault,the coal wall is spalling,the roof leakage is serious,and the working face is difficult to advance.Through a detailed investigation of the working face,a numerical model is established to simulate and study the law of roof and floor and advanced support stress of the working face in the stage of large mining height working face passing through reverse fault.On this basis,the advance pre-grouting reinforcement technology system suitable for the stability control of coal wall and roof surrounding rock in the reverse fault stage of large mining height working face is proposed.The on-site technical implementation shows that the phenomenon of rib spalling and roof fall in the working face after grouting is greatly alleviated.The daily output of the working face reaches 2400~3600 t,which is nearly doubled,and the safe mining of the working face through the fault stage is realized.
