摘要
金山店铁矿拟引进大型出矿设备,原有巷道断面尺寸与大型设备所需工作空间不匹配,亟须增大巷道的断面尺寸。裂隙岩体中巷道施工困难且难以保持长期稳定性,合理选取巷道断面尺寸对于矿山安全高效生产具有重要意义。以金山店铁矿张福山西区为研究背景,使用DFN对矿区裂隙进行重构,并通过3DEC数值模拟对不同断面尺寸巷道的围岩位移、应力和塑性区进行分析。得出结论:巷道收敛量随着巷道断面尺寸的增大而增加;巷道断面尺寸越大,应力越容易在巷道表面释放,不利于巷道的稳定;裂隙围岩拉剪破坏共存,且围岩剪切破坏体积要明显大于拉伸破坏体积。
Jinshandian Iron Mine intends to introduce large-scale mining equipment.The original roadway section size does not match the working space required by large-scale equipment,so it is urgent to increase the section size of the roadway.Roadway construction in fractured rock mass is difficult and it is difficult to maintain long-term stability.Reasonable selection of roadway section size is of great significance for safe and efficient production of mines.Taking the west area of Zhangfushan in Jinshandian Iron Mine as the research background,DFN is used to reconstruct the cracks in the mining area,and the surrounding rock displacement,stress and plastic zone of roadways with different section sizes are analyzed by 3DEC numerical simulation.It is concluded that the convergence of roadway increases with the increase of roadway section size.The larger the section size of the roadway,the easier the stress is released on the surface of the roadway,which is not conducive to the stability of the roadway.The tensile-shear failure of fractured surrounding rock coexists,and the volume of shear failure of surrounding rock is obviously larger than that of tensile failure.
