摘要
辽宁某矿山拟采用本区含泥质尾矿矿浆进行浓密充填作业,为考察浓缩后矿浆的充填安全性能,进行了尾矿的化学成分分析、物理性质、沉降试验、泌水试验、饱和浓度、浆体初终凝、充填体强度试验等充填安全性论证。结果表明,尾矿SiO_(2)含量较高,是一种较好的惰性材料,有害成分含量低,属于安全的井下充填材料;尾矿粒度级配较为均匀,不均匀系数较小;尾矿的自然沉降速度很小,远远低于国内普通尾矿充填矿山,在不添加絮凝剂加速沉降的情况下,实现尾矿沉降、浓密与连续制浆的工艺难度很大;尾矿饱和浓度在63%~66%,考虑到添加胶凝材料的水化反应,尾矿浆体的浓度应在50%~60%;尾矿自然渗透速率较小,自然渗透脱水难度较大。研究结果可以为尾矿充填参数确定提供参考。
A mine in Liaoning Province intends to use the muddy tailings slurry in this area for dense filling operation.In order to investigate the filling safety performance of the concentrated slurry,the chemical composition analysis,physical properties,settlement test,bleeding test,saturated concentration,initial and final coagulation of the slurry,strength test of the filling body and other filling safety demonstration of the tailings are carried out.The results show that the content of SiO2 in tailings is high,which is a good inert material,and the content of harmful components is low.It is a safe underground filling material.The tailings particle size distribution is uniform,the non-uniformity coefficient is small;the natural sedimentation rate of tailings is very small,which is far lower than that of ordinary tailings filling mines in China.Under the condition of accelerating sedimentation without adding flocculant,it is very difficult to realize the process of tailings sedimentation,thickening and continuous pulping.The saturated concentration of tailings is 63%-66%.Considering the hydration reaction of cementitious materials,the concentration of tailings slurry is 50%-60%.The natural seepage rate of tailings is small,and the natural seepage dehydration is difficult.The research results can provide reference for the determination of tailings filling parameters.
