马钢矿业地下矿山通风系统分析与建议

摘要 马钢矿业现有白象山铁矿、罗河铁矿、张庄铁矿3座正在生产的地下矿山,矿井通风系统各有特点。根据金属非金属矿山通风相关规程要求,对马钢矿业3座地下矿山通风系统进行了梳理,包括通风工程布置、通风设备配置、矿井总风量、采区有效风量等。对存在的矿井总风量不足、通风效率不高等问题提出了宏观性改善举措,并对马钢矿业矿井通风安全管理发展提出建议。 There are three underground mines under production in Masteel Mining Industry,Baixiangshan Iron Mine,Luohe Iron Mine and Zhangzhuang Iron Mine.The mine ventilation system has its own characteristics.According to the requirements of relevant regulations on ventilation in metal and non-metal mines,the ventilation systems of three underground mines in Masteel Mining Industry were sorted out,including ventilation engineering layout,ventilation equipment configuration,total mine air volume,effective air volume in mining area,etc.Macroscopic improvement measures are put forward for the existing problems such as insufficient total air volume and low ventilation efficiency,and suggestions are put forward for the development of mine ventilation safety management in Masteel mining industry.
