摘要
皖西地区某选矿厂针对湿式磁选机弹性柱销齿式联轴器使用中高故障率的设计缺陷,进行了新材质尼龙棒替代、更换更高强度材质的联轴器及采用磁性联轴器等多项试验。结果表明:使用永磁联轴器替代原弹性柱销齿式联轴器后,解决了原联轴器运行时产生的尼龙棒易断裂、对中心线困难及现场管理提升困难等问题,在降低设备故障率的同时,提高了生产的连续性和产品产质量合格率。
A concentrator in western Anhui Province has carried out a number of studies on the replacement of new nylon rods,the replacement of couplings with higher strength materials and the use of magnetic couplings in view of the design defects of medium and high failure rates in the use of elastic column pin-tooth couplings of wet throwing magnetic separators.The test results show that the use of permanent magnet coupling instead of the original elastic column pin tooth type coupling solves the problems of easy fracture of nylon rod,difficulty in center line and difficulty in site management improvement caused by the operation of the original coupling.While reducing the failure rate of the equipment,the continuity of production is improved,as well as the qualified rate of product yield and quality.
