矿山空压机系统是生产运行不可缺少的一个环节,其稳定性直接影响主体工艺的正常运行,面对现场空压机本地单体运行,设备与设备之间彼此信息孤立,关键工艺存在技术难题,数据传输效率低,岗位人员较多,工作环境差,缺少关键生产数据的检测和分析等问题,依托智慧矿山建设发展契机,通过现场安装智能检测仪表,充分利用传感器检测技术、自动化系统采集技术、信息化通信技术,解决现场存在的技术难题,实现了空压机系统远程自动运行模式,构建了一套可靠、开放、安全有效的智能管控平台,通过高效的组态分析画面,实现了人性化的智能远程操作,充分发挥了人员和设备的综合效能。
The mine air compressor system is an indispensable part of production and operation,and its operational stability directly affects the normal operation of the main process.In the face of local single unit operation of the on-site air compressor,equipments are isolated from each other,and there are technical difficulties in key processes,such as low data transmission efficiency,a large number of personnel,poor working environment,and a lack of detection and analysis of key production data.Taking advantage of the development opportunity of smart mining construction,by installing intelligent detection instruments on site,fully utilizing sensor detection technology,automation system collection technology,and information communication technology,the technical problems existing on site are solved.The remote automatic operation mode of the air compressor system is realized,and a reliable,open,safe and effective intelligent control platform is constructed.Through efficient configuration analysis of images,humanized intelligent remote operation is realized,the comprehensive efficiency of personnel and equipment is fuily utilized.
