摘要
为提升矿山破碎系统中各漏斗的下料流畅性并延长其使用寿命,针对因长期使用导致的漏斗易通洞、堵塞和输送带异常磨损等问题,在深入分析生产系统中各漏斗的使用位置和状况后,通过运用在线改造与单线改造的试验方法,采用专业定制的方式,以原有混凝土预留孔为基准,精确确定了漏斗的尺寸和材质。结果显示,采用耐磨板替代台阶板后,不仅显著提升了漏斗的通过效率,还增强了漏斗整体的耐磨性能,有效延长了使用寿命。同时,减少了维护人员的工作强度,提升了检修作业的安全性,而且为实施“无人化巡检”项目提供了坚实的技术支持。
In order to improve the blanking fluency and prolong the service life of each funnel in the mine crushing system,aiming at the problems of funnel easy opening,blockage and abnormal wear of conveyor belt caused by long-term use,after in-depth analysis of the use position and condition of each funnel in the production system,the size and material of the funnel are accurately determined by using the test methods of on-line transformation and single-line transformation,using the professional customization method and taking the original concrete reserved hole as the benchmark.The results show that after replacing the step plate with a wear-resistant plate,not only the efficiency of the funnel is significantly improved,but also the overall wear resistance of the funnel is enhanced,and the service life is effectively prolonged.At the same time,it reduces the work intensity of maintenance personnel,improves the safety of maintenance operations,and provides solid technical support for the implementation of the'unmanned inspection'project.
